Introduction

This compilation is not intended to be a comprehensive study of the Oneness of God. Each day as I study the Scripture I learn something more about God and His absolute Oneness. Even if someone where to attempt to make such a study, the scriptures are so filled with the revelation of Jesus Christ that something would be left out. The fact that Jesus Christ is the One, true, living God can be found in every book of the Bible and in every story of Scripture.

This group of Bible Studies is intended to reveal the basic truths of the Word of God concerning His identity. I pray that whether you are teaching, being taught, or simply reading these lessons that the revelation of who Jesus Christ really is will be revealed. I well remember the day that I received this wonderful revelation and it has forever changed my life. Without a proper understanding of who God is, you cannot properly please Him or obey His word. The Oneness of God is the most precious, beautiful, and magnificent truth in the Bible. It is also the most important because your view of God will affect your salvational doctrine, your prayer life, your praise and worship, and your destiny.

Paul stated in Romans 1:20 that understanding the Godhead was “without excuse.” The Godhead is not a mystery that cannot be understood, but has been revealed through Creation and Scripture. As you peruse through these studies, I challenge you to do so with an open mind, and allow the Word of God to define your belief and not the other way around.

These studies are designed to be easily understood by every educational level. The identity of God is quite simple but has been complicated by the multitude of false teachings. When we allow the Word of God to become the final authority, then truth and revelation shines through.
